However, what if we told you there are different types of TheraPutty® to use? Here are all the types of TheraPutty® we have to offer:

Antimicrobial TheraPutty®

The Antimicrobial TheraPutty® does everything the standard TheraPutty® does with one added benefit, it has an anti-microbial additive. This additive can resist growth of odor-causing microbes and retains the clean, non-greasy feel of original TheraPutty® material. This can be important for some clinics who use TheraPutty® a lot with various patients. Compared to one patient using it, allowing multiple patients to use the same TheraPutty® increases the chance of spreading germs. Using Antimicrobial TheraPutty® can reduce your patients’ chances of getting sick and keep them at ease when practicing hand exercises.

Microwavable TheraPutty®

Ever wonder if you could microwave your TheraPutty® without making a sticky mess? Well with the Microwavable TheraPutty® you can. Besides the intrigue in seeing if it really does work, there are benefits to microwaving your TheraPutty®. Once warmed, this type of TheraPutty® can act as a heat therapy tool by warming up your hand and helping the hand muscles move. So, now you can get two benefits out of it for the price of one.

Scented TheraPutty®

For those who like nice smells when you are exercising your hand, then the Scented TheraPutty® will be right for you. Using scented putty is a fun way for children to develop grip strength and stay attentive and participate. The scented putties are color-coded in the following sequence: Tan (vanilla) is xx-light, yellow (banana) is x-light, red (cherry) is light, green (apple) is medium.

Sparkle TheraPutty®

Sparkle TheraPutty® follows the same concept as the Scented TheraPutty® in that is supposed to increase the user’s attentiveness while exercising their hand. Each Sparkle TheraPutty® contains a glitter formula, which makes hand therapy more visually stimulating. It only comes is Yellow (X-Soft) and Red (Soft) as its mainly intended to be used by children. It’s a great tool to hold children’s attention while helping them improve grip strength.
