The Cuff rehabilitation wrist and ankle weight has been proven effective in hospitals for over 30 years. It contours to snuggly fit the ankle, wrist, and even thigh. Its long closure strap assures a secure and comfortable fit even during the most strenuous exercise program. It features heavy-duty materials and double-stitching throughout. The Cuff exercise weights are color-coded, marked with both pounds and kilograms and have grommets for hanging on any peg-board weight rack. The Cuff Deluxe weight has all the features of the Cufforiginal weight PLUS an extra-long loop strap with extra hook tabs. The extra long loop strap allows for firm closure on the largest appendages and facilitates use on larger areas such as the thigh. This extra long strap assures a secure and comfortable fit even during the most strenuous exercise program. The Cuff Deluxe weight features heavy-duty materials and double-stitching throughout. The extra hook tabs add additional fastening points and prevent extra-long straps from dangling. The Cuff Deluxe exercise weights are color-coded, marked with both pounds and kilograms and have grommets for hanging on any peg-board weight rack. The Adjustable Cuff wrist or ankle weight comes standard with a D-ring closure for snug fit and padded interior for comfortable fit. The weight ships with weight inserts pre-inserted into the weight pockets. These inserts can be removed from the weight pockets to adjust the weight of the exerciser. The weight is color-coded to identify maximum weight. Each weight is available in 2, 4, 5, 10 and 20 pound sizes. Each weight is available individually or as a pair.

The Pouch Variable Wrist and Ankle Weight offers an adjustable weight solution that is comfortable to wear. The total resistance is varied by inserting or removing the individual weight packets.
