Please call our returns department:  1-914-345-3800 or 800-824-2939 for a return authorization number (RMA) – this number must appear on each return package.  Send the item(s) to the location given by the BPP returns department, keeping a record of the shipment for your own files (in case a proof-of-delivery is needed from the shipper).  No unauthorized returns will be accepted.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days.  BPP charges a 25% restocking fee for returned merchandise in resalable condition.  BPP will credit your account as soon as the return is processed.  Only the original purchaser will receive credit.
