Why is having good posture important?

Ok, what causes bad posture?
Usually, bad posture is caused by not being attentive to how we are sitting or standing throughout the day. Things like chairs, hunching over our desk at work, unsupportive mattresses, and low self-esteem, even being overweight can contribute to poor posture. Weight gain changes how our skeletal and muscular systems support themselves, which is why it is important to maintain a healthy weight.
