This set of glucose test strips are for the exclusive use of Prodigy brand Blood Testing Glucometers. These strips work with all Prodigy meters and are approved for Alternate Site Testing (AST). The 3-lead technology allows the meters to test only when there is enough blood on the test strip, saving the user test strips and money. Please note, this is a package of 50 test strips only. Blood Testing Glucose Meter is available separately. These test strips do not use GDH-PQQ technology and are approved for Alternate Site Testing. The capillary action automatically draws the blood sample into the test strip. AST is approved for this unit, so users can test blood from their palm, forearm, upper arm, calf or thigh. Glucose oxidase technology allows for safer and more accurate results. Strips are housed in a convenient, lidded container.

This vial of Control Solution is for the exclusive use of Prodigy brand Blood Testing Glucometers. The Prodigy Glucose Control Solution (Low) provides a quick, easy way to ensure accurate blood glucose testing. Just apply a drop of control solution to a testing strip instead of a drop of blood and compare the results to the control range found on the vial of test strips. If the results are within the range on the vial, the meter is functioning correctly. If the results are outside the range, the meter should be examined by the manufacturer. Please note, this is a vial of 4.0 ml of Prodigy Glucose Control Solution only. Blood Testing Glucose Meter is available separately. Control tests should automatically be done once a month or before a new batch of test strips are introduced. When batteries on the unit are changed, a control test should be run. Run a control test if you believe the meter isn't working properly but before contacting the manufacturer. Solution should never be frozen and should be stored in a dry location at a temperature between 36 and 86 degrees. Control solution has a limited shelf-life. Once opened, to ensure complete accuracy of results, please be sure to discard after 90 days.

This package of Twist Top Lancets has been designed for use with Prodigy brand Blood Testing Glucometers but will work with most other lancing devices. Use these lancets as they are or with a lancing device (available separately). Each lancet features a twist-top, an ultra-fine gauge and tri-bevel tip. Please note, this is a package of 100 individual 28G twist-top lancets only. Lancers and Blood Testing Glucose Meters are available separately. To use, twist off the protective cap. After use, discard the lancet in a puncture-resistant container. Thanks to the tri-bevel tip, sampling is virtually painless with these lancets. These Prodigy Twist Top Lancets penetrate the skin every time and offer consistent depth penetration. Do not store lancets in lancing devices and do not reuse lancets. Lancets are packaged sterile with a protective cap. Do not use if protective cap is missing or damaged.

The Prodigy Adjustable Depth Lancing Device has been designed for use with Prodigy brand disposable, twist-top lancets but will work with most other twist-top lancets. Simply twist the lancing device's cap off and insert a disposable lancet. Remove the cap to the lancet but hold onto it for later. Replace the device's cap and choose the proper depth level, adjusted for the most comfortable sampling. Cock the lancing device by sliding back the ejection/cocking control until it clicks. With the lancing device tip at the fingertip, press the release button to cause the lancet's tip to safely pierce the finger. Replace the cap onto the lancet when ready to safely dispose. Please note, this is the Lancing Device only. Twist-top lancets and Blood Testing Glucose Meters are available separately. The Prodigy Lancing Device has five adjustable depth settings: 1-2: soft or thin skin. 3: average skin. 4-5: thick or callused skin. The trigger device makes testing quicker and easier, which is especially helpful for those who are nervous about testing. The ergonomic 4" lancing device is much easier to handle than a lancet on its own. A full set of illustrated instructions are in included in the packaging. Unique disposal slider ejects lancet quickly and easily.
