Increase the length of any accordion fold mat by simply adding the appropriate “add-a-mat” section. Velcro ends allow for easy attachment to any accordion fold mat.
Foam Choice
Ethefoam (1-3/8”) has a hard feel and is used for more strenuous exercises
Polyurethane (2”) has a soft feel and is used when cushioning is most important
